Hi there! I’m Mariann Sahirad.
The first thing you should know about me is that I absolutely love my profession. My passion in life is to help my clients look and feel their best! Each time you come to visit me, my goal is for you to leave my chair with a custom style perfectly suited to you and the life you lead.
I’ve dedicated a significant amount of my career toward continuing my education and staying up-to-date with the latest trends. I pride myself on being versatile, and haven’t met a style I couldn’t tackle. For each new client that I welcome to the family, I provide a personalized consultation where we will address your features, daily routine, and personal style together. Our schedules are so busy these days, and I know how important it is that your hair works WITH you, not against you! My intention is to accommodate your busy schedule and make your time at the salon not only easy, but enjoyable!
Now that I’ve shared my process with you, let me share a bit about myself! This passion of mine stemmed from an early love of cosmetology. Over time, life led me toward a focus on hair transformation and I couldn’t be happier; this profession has served me well, and somehow, I’ve gathered over 30 years of experience. Time sure does fly! I started my career in Milford, CT, and moved to Simsbury where I continue to live with my husband and two beautiful children! I absolutely love the small town charm and friendly community feel that Simsbury has to offer.
Now, after working in several prestigious salons in the area for over 25 years and establishing a loyal clientele, I decided it was time to pursue my own version of the American dream and step out on my own!
